By purchasing and using Godmode products ("Skills"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Skills.
Godmode Skills are markdown-based instruction files designed for use with Claude Code (by Anthropic). They modify Claude Code's execution behavior when activated via trigger words. You receive a downloadable file; update access depends on how you bought (see Updates below).
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased Skill files on your own Claude Code installations.
You may not:
Team and multi-seat licenses. A single purchase licenses one operator. Teams can license multiple seats on one invoice: 3 to 9 seats at 15% off each seat, 10 or more seats at 25% off each seat, with the same 14-day money-back guarantee applying to the whole order. Each seat is a personal, non-transferable license for one named operator under the terms above. The non-transferable and no-sharing rules mean a single seat may not be shared between operators or redistributed outside your licensed seats; they do not prevent a team from buying a seat per operator. To arrange a team license, email support@getgodmode.dev with the product and seat count; you will have checkout within one business day.
Godmode Skills modify Claude Code's behavior through prompt instructions. Results depend on the AI model's capabilities and your specific use case. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, code quality levels, or that all described behaviors will occur in every scenario.
Godmode is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic or Claude Code. "Claude Code" is a trademark of Anthropic.
14-day money-back guarantee on every product, no questions asked. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase from your account page or by emailing support@getgodmode.dev — either works. You get the full amount back to your original payment method; we aim to process every request within 24 hours. You do not need to give a reason, and having used the product does not disqualify you.
The only exception: we may refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of fraud or of redistribution of the skill files in breach of the license above.
For EU customers: this policy meets the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). Nothing in this policy limits guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protections where you live.
You can cancel any active subscription anytime from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time on a current billing period unless required by law.
Update access depends on how you purchased:
The /built-with/ gallery accepts user submissions — titles, descriptions, screenshots, and external links that describe projects you built with a Godmode skill. By submitting, you warrant that:
Submissions auto-publish. We may hide, unfeature, or delete any build at any time at our sole discretion — typically in response to community flags or DMCA / abuse reports. Repeat offenders lose posting privileges. Admin actions are logged.
DMCA / takedown: email support@getgodmode.dev with the URL of the offending build and a description of the claim. We respond within 7 days.
Right to deletion: you can delete your own builds at any time from their detail page. Full account deletion anonymises your builds (keeps the content, removes your identifier). Written request to support@getgodmode.dev will purge your submissions entirely within 30 days.
External links: all user-submitted URLs are rendered with rel="nofollow ugc" — we do not pass search authority to linked projects. Clicking any external link is at your own risk; we do not vet destination sites.
The Skills are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of these Skills, including but not limited to code generated by Claude Code while using the Skills, nor for content, links, or projects submitted to /built-with/ by other users. You are responsible for reviewing all code generated in your projects and for evaluating any external link before visiting.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Skills after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the updates page or email.
Godmode is operated by Lotron Electrical Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary limited company, trading as Godmode. Purchases are processed by Stripe and may show the operating company name on checkout and card statements.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protections in your place of residence (including the EU right of withdrawal noted above).
